Shalom Gebredingel is a governance and policy reform executive with over 12 years of experience leading institutional transformation, public sector reform, and development cooperation across Ethiopia and the wider region. She has served in senior advisory and leadership roles with the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), the Ministry of Planning and Development, the National Electoral Board of Ethiopia, and the Agricultural Transformation Agency, where she directed complex, multi-stakeholder programs and advised ministers on national reform agendas.
