She currently serves as Deputy Chief Audit Executive at Julius Berger Nigeria Plc (from January 2026), where she provides enterprise-wide oversight on governance, risk, compliance, and internal controls within one of West Africa’s largest engineering and construction groups.
Oluwayimika has held senior leadership roles including Group Head, Internal Audit & Control at MAG Group, and previously served as Senior Internal Audit Manager at Julius Berger Nigeria Plc, advising Boards and executive leadership on strategy, risk exposure, digital transformation, and regulatory compliance. Her career includes Big 4 advisory experience at Deloitte, where she led complex tax and financial advisory engagements across multiple sectors. She brings strong board and advisory experience, serving as a Board Committee Member at WIMBIZ, Board Advisor to Creationsbase Foundation, and Non-Executive Advisory Partner at Nemoz Consult, contributing to strategic direction, governance, and organizational sustainability. In recognition of her leadership and commitment to empowering women, she was appointed a Global Board Advisory Member of Women of Valor.
