Family First
It enhances early care and continual support for families within the community. It aims to encourage a caring environment for healing, improving emotional and financial wellbeing for women and children. Helping to achieve optimum potential in all spheres of lives through several resources and leveraging on community investments and support from organizations. We provide Welfare for families through education, job training, child-care support, housing, and food supports.
Sisters Act
This strengthens and improves the quality of life for the female gender. It promotes innovative solutions to fulfil their self-sufficiency and self-esteem within the realization of their potentials and aspirations. This act builds hope alive and promotes wellbeing within the communities, by investing emotionally and in their physical health strategically with access to quality health information and several health care services.
Youth Power
With the intent to be a catalyst for a positive change in the lives of the youth between the age of 18 to 24 years old, by engaging in strategic empowerment and educative programs to intently promote and collaborate to effect lasting solutions and to create healthy growth. We advocate and increase awareness to support high-impact interventions proven to accelerate empowerment.
This empowerment program helps establish safe relationships, choose healthy behaviors, build communication skills, and strengthen their physical, emotional, and intellectual well-being.
We-Lead
The Women Leadership Training equips women for their present day and create a futuristic plan through Inclusive Leadership. With several trainings, It helps to lead towards an equitable opportunity to reach her full potential, irrespective of her place, race or identity, and with a forward looking approach for a social change to overcome every barrier, either economically, politically, gender or social barriers. Women lead and cheer their Voice for a better and brighter tomorrow.
Workforce Development:
We provide Workforce development and training programs, that provide existing and potential workers with the skills to complete tasks needed by employers to let the organizations stay competitive in a global marketplace. Our Specialists are primarily responsible for facilitating employment training, work readiness activities and job placement of individual adult clients.
Our goal is to empower the Girl Child, Women, and the community on the sufficiency and stability of their career development or their Entrepreneurship visions, and to prepare them and the organization for future business continuity, business growth, and business agility.
We offer evidence-based components of effective workforce development programs: combined academic and technical training, including a focus on employability skills; comprehensive social and other support services (e.g., counseling, housing supports, job placement, academic advising)
Domestic Violence
The Act-now Initiative directly responds to Domestic violence victimization such as Physical, sexual, and psychological harm.
Act-now initiative provides education and wellness programs that are based on trauma-informed peer support and self-advocacy.
The programs are designed for individuals who are in and out of crisis and are not intended to replace or to be a substitute for counseling.
